I graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1982 and currently live in Concord Michigan, just outside of Jackson.  My  license to practice in Michigan and  from the DEA  are current, and I am accredited and carry AVMA PLIT insurance. I am a member of the AVMA and MVMA and strive to keep updated with veterinary medicine, surgery and dentistry.

I enjoy meeting new doctors, staff, clients and patients.  The variety of hospital settings and software keeps me on my toes and am always willing to learn new things and ways of practice. I have practiced in Michigan and Florida in a variety of general, specialty and emergency practices from  urban multi-doctor practices to small town veterinary hospitals.

In 2007 I became board certified and am a diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in canine/feline practice. Re-certification was obtained in 2017 which will remain current until 2027.

In 2018 I completed level 1 of Fear Free certification.

​

Currently I have a collie, Mandy, and 2 cats, Willow and Sebastian.

​

My free time activities include reading, drawing and paper-crafting.
